Property Description: The Vaughan property is a beautiful farm consisting of 137.5+/- acres of rolling hills with open farmland, timber, four stocked ponds, and a creek as its natural setting. It is located about 7 miles east of Henderson in Vance County, NC; Sandy Creek Township in a rural farming community.
